AVL coaches are volunteers who love the game and want to help give back to the community. We employ GMS techniques for volleyball skills development.

The league costs cover the team shirt, venue, and equipment costs.
The cost does not include tournament fees, should we enter any tournaments.
The off-season costs cover the venue and equipment costs.
We are able to provide affordable volleyball program through our volunteer coaches!

Skills clinic + 5 week season
Each session includes: Team Practice, Coach Talk, and Scrimmage
