Starting March 8th, join us as we learn skills, learn from the Bible, and play sports as we connect with friends and mentors. No equipment or experience necessary. All are welcome!

Cost: FREE (lunch included)

6-12th grade. (middle school and high school will have separate cohorts)

  • The first term of Ignite will be 4 Sunday afternoons in March:

    • Sunday, 3/8, 12:30-3:30pm

    • Sunday, 3/15, 12:30-3:30pm

    • Sunday, 3/22, 12:30-3:30pm

    • Sunday, 3/29, 12:30-3:30pm

    All equipment/supplies will be provided. Parents are welcome to stay and observe.

  • Our mentors are volunteers with Area Youth Ministry—a Christian non-profit dedicated to supporting youth. We’re teachers, engineers, healthcare workers, parents, and more. And as the mentorship tracks show, we have a lot of different hobbies! But all of us love God and are passionate for helping youth grow in skills and confidence.

    We understand that every AYM program is an entrustment. Safety is our top priority. Every mentor completes a background check, and all sessions are held in groups with two adults present at all times.

  • Youth face so many challenges as they navigate life, and they need positive outlets and mentors to help. We believe that every youth deserves meaningful relationships and guidance.

    AYM is an official 501(c)(3) and provides programs for free or with significant subsidies given the generous donations of many organizations and individuals.
