What's Ignition?
Ignition is a Christian conference open to all youth students grades 7-12. This 2-day conference will include an epic night market, carnival, sports tournament. It will also include workshops and special talks on topics like leadership, worldview + apologetics, and the gospel experience. Watch the 2026 TRAILER

WHEN: Friday 4:30pm - 11:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am - 10:30 pm
WHERE: Vanguard University, 55 Fair Dr, Costa Mesa, CA
Volunteer Requirements
✅ Attend volunteer training on 11/1 2 pm - 7 pm at 1717 South Grand Ave, Santa Ana
✅ Volunteer for one or both of the conference days
✅ 30 min youth worker safety training and adhesion to youth safety requirements (included in training)

Gain hands-on leadership and service experience by supporting Ignition by being part of our support & training team. We'll train you in practical skills relevant for college and even future jobs!
What can I do as a volunteer?
Mentorship Booth Owner: boba-making, rubik's cube, college prep etc
Gospel Experience Host: Walk groups through the full gospel experience, narrating transitions and setting the tone
Apologetics Booth Owner: Present and staff the booth on one common apologetics question to visiting students
Skit Team: Be a part of "Happiness Is..." Skit on Day 1!
Media Team: Take photos and videos of the sessions, meals, night market, and candids
Night Market Crew: Set up the night market booths, run the food and game booths
